Southern
Engineering was established in 1980 as a special machinery builder
providing automated solutions utilizing robotics, special purpose
automation,
and integrated systems. Our modern facility located on the Gulf
coast of Florida, was specifically designed and constructed
in 1998 to meet our growing client requirements.

Engineering and Automation is committed to building machinery

Successful project management involves the balancing of time,
cost, and performance, with customer requirements / expectations.
Our project managers have been trained in the areas of planning,
estimating, and communication. The project manager is the focal
point for our customers providing communication in the form
of status reports and Gantt charts using Microsoft Project software.
Our engineering professionals utilize the latest in 3D modeling
software to develop our machinery designs. The 3D format provides
the engineer and client with a more complete understanding of
the design and a more complete means of reviewing machinery
solutions prior to the start of construction.
Safety is a primary concern and each project is evaluated and
documented to comply with OSHA and IEC standards. The SEA documentation
package starts at the beginning of the design and is maintained
through out the entire project.
Client satisfaction is our main goal and extends to the installation
and start-up of the equipment. Our field service personnel are
trained on the machinery prior to shipment and will assist with
the installation and training of operator personnel. We believe
